What the expired domain finder does
It turns GoDaddy Auctions’ expiring-domain list into a searchable inventory. Filter by keyword, extension, age, referring domains, Trust Flow, quality score, risk, listing type, price and end time; hide names with hyphens or digits; and sort by whatever matters to you. Every row links to its auction listing.
- Backlink figures with their source. Majestic Trust Flow, Citation Flow, backlinks and referring domains as reported by GoDaddy — labelled, never estimated.
- A quality score you can audit. Nine factors with fixed point budgets, a confidence level, and the findings behind them.
- Risk flags. Links that only come from auction-list networks, spam in the archive, brand names inside the domain.
- Watchlist, compare and reports. Save candidates, compare up to four side by side, and export a PDF report or CSV.
Why check before you buy
An expired domain is only worth its past: the links and reputation an earlier site earned. The same history can be a liability — spam pages, a hacked period, or links bought from networks that point at every auction. The Finder puts that evidence next to the price so you can tell the two apart. Our guide to expired domains for SEO covers what still works after a drop.
What it cannot tell you
Metrics are the auction’s figures from the last import, not a live crawl. A score is an estimate of what the data shows, not a prediction of rankings. And no tool can promise a domain carries no penalty — read the archive before you build on one.
